Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Polysider when you use our website, Polysider Eye, the Polysider Bot, Polysider Chat or the Polysider AI connector. Please read them. If you do not agree, do not use Polysider.

1. Who we are

Polysider ("Polysider", "we", "us") is run by the Polysider team. You can reach us at support@polysider.com.

These terms cover all of our services (together, the "Service"):

• the website at polysider.com;
• Polysider Eye at eye.polysider.com, including CopyScore, the leaderboard, Profitable ranges, saved wallets and Backtest;
• the Polysider Bot on Telegram (@polysiderbot) and the Polysider Chat Telegram group;
• the Polysider AI connector (MCP) at https://polysider.com/mcp.

Our Privacy & Cookie Policy explains how we handle personal data and is part of these terms.

2. Who can use Polysider

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
• You are responsible for making sure that using Polysider, and trading on prediction markets, is legal where you live. Polymarket does not serve some countries. Polysider does not give you access to Polymarket and does not change those rules.
• You may not use Polysider if you are subject to EU, UN, UK or US sanctions, or if you live in a country where the Service would be illegal.
• If you use Polysider for a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.

3. What Polysider is and is not

Polysider reads the public trading history of Polymarket wallets and turns it into analysis: profiles, archetypes, metrics, charts, CopyScore, leaderboards, alerts and simulated backtests.

• Not financial advice. Nothing in the Service is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or copy anything. Polysider highlights statistically unusual patterns in past data. It does not predict outcomes. Every decision you make is your own, and you can lose money trading on prediction markets.
• Not affiliated with Polymarket. Polysider is an independent tool. It is not operated, endorsed or sponsored by Polymarket. "Polymarket" is used only to describe the data we analyse.
• No trading, no custody. Polysider does not place trades for you, does not hold your money or crypto and is not a broker, exchange or investment adviser.
• No keys. Signing in with a wallet only asks you to sign a text message. It never asks for a transaction, and we will never ask for your private key or seed phrase. Anyone who does is not us.
• Backtests are simulations. A backtest replays past data under assumptions. It is not a record of real trades and does not show what you will earn.
• Past results are not future results. A wallet that did well before may do badly next.

4. Your account

• You can sign in with Telegram, Google, a Polygon (EVM) wallet, a Solana wallet or a one-time email code. You can link several of these to one account.
• Keep access to your logins safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us straight away at support@polysider.com if you think someone else has used it.
• An account is for one person. Do not share it, sell it, or create extra accounts to get around limits.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms (see section 14).

5. Free and PRO plans

• Free. Eye wallet analysis, saved wallets and exports, and the free group alerts in Polysider Chat. Free accounts can start a limited number of scans in each rolling 24 hours (currently 100). Opening a stored scan is always free.
• PRO. Unlocks the paid features listed on our pricing section at the time you buy, such as CopyScore, the full leaderboard with filters, Profitable ranges, unlimited scans and personal Bot alerts.
• Closed beta. Some features (for example Backtest and the AI connector) are by invitation only. They may change, have bugs or end, and access can be withdrawn.
• We keep improving the Service, so features and limits can change. We will not take away the core PRO features you paid for during a period you have already paid for. If we ever have to, we will make it right with you.

6. Payments

• Price. Prices are shown in US dollars on your Eye account page before you pay. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay for the plan. Blockchain network fees and any fees your wallet or exchange charges are yours.
• Crypto only. Payments are processed by third-party crypto payment providers (currently NOWPayments and OxaPay). Their own terms and privacy policies apply to the payment, and they may ask you for information they need by law.
• One-time, fixed period. Each plan buys PRO for a fixed period (30, 90, 180 or 365 days). Nothing renews automatically and we never charge you again without you starting a new payment. Buying again adds the new period on top of any time you have left.
• When PRO starts. PRO starts automatically once the provider confirms your payment. Crypto confirmations can take some time.
• Wrong amounts. If you send too little, send the wrong coin or network, or the invoice expires, the payment may not complete. Contact us with your order ID and we will help where we can. Crypto sent to a wrong address or network may be lost and can be outside our control.
• Price changes apply only to future purchases, never to a period you have already paid for.
• Reminders. We send a reminder before your PRO period ends, by email or Telegram. You can turn this off on your account page.

7. Refunds

If something went wrong with a purchase, for example you paid but did not get PRO, you paid twice, or the Service did not work for you, email support@polysider.com with your order ID. We review every request individually and in good faith.

Nothing in these terms takes away any right to cancel or get a refund that the consumer law of the country where you live gives you.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl or bulk-download the Service, except through the exports and the AI connector we provide;
• get around scan limits, PRO locks, bot checks, rate limits or other controls, for example with extra accounts, scripts or shared logins;
• resell, republish or give away PRO data, CopyScore results or leaderboards as your own product;
• copy, decompile or reverse-engineer our software, except where the law allows it;
• attack, overload, probe or test the security of the Service without our written permission (if you find a security problem, please tell us at support@polysider.com);
• use the Service to break the law, to manipulate markets, or to harass, threaten or expose ("dox") any person, including the people behind wallets;
• spam, scam, impersonate others or post illegal or abusive content in Polysider Chat or through the Bot;
• pretend to be Polysider or suggest we endorse you.

Moderators can remove messages and members from Polysider Chat. Telegram's own terms also apply there.

9. The AI connector (MCP)

• The connector lets an AI assistant you choose (for example Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor) use Polysider on your behalf, with the permissions you approve on our consent screen.
• What the assistant does through the connector counts as done by you. It uses your scan allowance and your plan's limits.
• You can see and revoke connected apps on your Eye account page at any time.
• AI assistants can make mistakes. We are not responsible for what an assistant says or does with the data. The AI provider's own terms apply to your use of their assistant.

10. Data, content and ownership

• Public data. Wallet analyses are built from public Polymarket and blockchain data.
• Shared scans. When you scan a wallet, the result is saved and other users can open the same snapshot. Who requested a scan is never shown to other users.
• Your private items. Your saved wallets, folders, notes and Bot filters belong to your account and are not shown to other users. You can export your saved wallets at any time.
• Our property. The software, design, text, the CopyScore method, the archetypes and the Polysider name and logo belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these terms. You may share screenshots and exports for your own non-commercial use.
• Feedback. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely, without paying you.

11. Accuracy and availability

• We work hard to make the numbers right, but the Service is provided "as is". Data from Polymarket can be late, incomplete or wrong. Very large wallets are capped. A scan is a snapshot of one moment, not live data.
• The Service may sometimes be slow or unavailable, for example during maintenance or when Polymarket or another provider has problems. We do not promise any particular uptime.
• We may change or stop features. If we stop the whole Service, we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can.

12. Third-party services

The Service works with services we do not control, such as Polymarket, Telegram, Google, wallet apps, payment providers, Cloudflare and AI assistants. Their own terms apply when you use them. We are not responsible for them, their content or their availability.

13. Liability

• We are not responsible for trading losses or for decisions you make based on the Service.
• As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data.
• As far as the law allows, our total liability to you for all claims is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
• Nothing in these terms limits our liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.

14. Ending the agreement

• You can stop using Polysider at any time. You can delete your account on your Eye account page. Deleted accounts can be restored by signing in again within 30 days. After that they are deleted for good (see the Privacy Policy for what we must keep).
• We may suspend or close your account, or remove your access to the Bot or Chat, if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if the law requires it, or to protect the Service or other users. Where reasonable, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond.
• Sections 3, 10, 13 and 16 keep applying after the agreement ends.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add features or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters to you, we will tell you before it applies, on the website, in Eye or through the Bot. If you do not agree, you can stop using the Service. If you keep using it after the change applies, the new terms apply.

16. Disputes

• If you have a problem with Polysider, please contact us first. Most problems can be fixed by email.
• If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms takes away the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
• If one part of these terms is found invalid, the rest still applies.
